What is the typical processing time for orders?

Once an order is placed, our processing time is generally between 1 to 3 business days. However, larger orders or freight shipments may require additional handling time.

Do you offer free shipping on orders?

What is your return policy?

CRB Supply has a 30-day standard return policy. Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in like-new condition and returned in their original packaging with all accessories included. All returns must be authorized by our customer service department.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information will typically be active within 24 hours of shipment.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
